Life Problem Solving: IREPS 2019 ( http://www.2019iiisconf.org/ireps)
*	Research and Consulting, Research via consulting and consulting
via research: R&C 2019 ( http://www.2019iiisconf.org/rc)

These special tracks are being organized in the context of the 10th
International Multi-Conference on Complexity, Informatics and
Cybernetics: IMCIC 2019, to be held on March 12 - 15, 2019, in Orlando,
Florida, USA.

Your contribution might be on specific cases or general experience-based
reflections on the importance of relating academic activities among
themselves or with practice, consulting, industry or society at large.

Submission deadline: October 30th, 2018.

To submit your article, please click the "Authors" tab on the respective
web site indicated above. Submissions for face-to-face and virtual
presentations are both accepted.

Keynote speakers will be selected from registered authors of submissions
made according to this first call for papers, and whose submissions are
among the best submissions. The identification of the best will be based
on the quantitative evaluation of the reviewers and the % of reviewers
recommending the acceptance of the submission as related to all the
reviewers who made their respective reviews.

Registered authors of accepted submissions for this CFP will be invited
to make an additional presentation with no additional charge , if such a
presentation is oriented to inter-disciplinary communication, and will
have the option of writing an invited paper associated with their
respective invited presentation. If received on time, this invited paper
would be included, as such, in the conference proceedings.

Details about the following issues have also been included at the URLs
given above:

*	Pre- and post-conference virtual sessions.
*	Virtual participation.
*	Two-tier reviewing combining double-blind and non-blind methods.
*	Access to reviewers’ comments and evaluation average.
*	Waiving the registration fee of effective invited session
organizers.
*	Best papers awards.
*	Publication of best papers in the Journal of Systemics,
Cybernetics, and Informatics (JSCI), which is indexed in EBSCO, Cabell,
DOAJ (Directory of Open Access Journals), and Google Scholar, and listed
in Cabell Directory of Publishing Opportunities and in Ulrich’s
Periodical Directory. (All papers to be presented at the conference will
be included in the conference printed and electronic proceedings). We
are supplying our Journal’s meta-data to DOAJ. Many aggregators,
databases, libraries, publishers and search portals collect DOAJ free
metadata and include it in their products; examples are Scopus, Serial
Solutions and EBSCO.

Please consider forwarding to the appropriate colleagues and/or groups
who might be interested in submitting contributions to the above
mentioned collocated events. New information and deadlines are posted on
the conference and the IIIS web site (especially at the URL provided
above).

Best regards,

IREPS/RC 2019 Organizing Committee
